Honoring measurable impact through intelligent orchestration, the Value Accelerator Award went to Zurich Insurance. By transforming core workflows such as First Notification of Loss and Customer Payments with SLA-based orchestration, Zurich has demonstrated how automation can drive both efficiency and customer acquisition, delivering exceptional business growth.

 

Efficiency Leader Award
Celebrating outstanding operational efficiency, the Efficiency Leader Award was awarded to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Despite their absence at the event, their transition to a result-based SLA model has driven a 33% capacity increase and optimized resource utilization, setting a benchmark for efficiency in automation.

 

Change Champion Award
This year’s European Change Champion Award, celebrating leadership in inclusion and innovation, was presented to Melanie Laschet. Melanie’s leadership at A1 Telekom has inspired her team and peers, empowering others to advance automation programs while fostering a more inclusive environment in the tech space.

This year’s American Change Champion Award was presented to Suzi Dack. Through her leadership at Banner Health and co-ownership of the Healthcare Intelligent Automation Consortium, Suzi has driven large-scale adoption, fostered collaboration, and advanced innovation in transforming care delivery across US healthcare organizations.

 

Rising Star Award
Recognizing emerging leaders, the Rising Star Award was presented to Saudi Aramco for their rapid and impactful adoption of C TWO within their Shahin operations center. By optimizing their robotic workforce and integrating diverse automation technologies, Saudi Aramco is setting the stage for even greater orchestration success.

 

Immediate Impact Award
The Immediate Impact Award celebrates quick wins in hyperautomation, and this year’s winner, O2 Telefonica, exemplified this by achieving exceptional SLA adherence while managing 1.5 million peak transactions. Their efforts showcase how orchestration can deliver both creativity and measurable impact at scale.

 

Transformation Driver Award
This year’s Transformation Driver Award was awarded to Lloyds Banking Group for their exceptional leadership in streamlining automation systems, improving resilience, and reducing costs. Their transformative approach aligns business outcomes with operational performance, driving long-term success.

 

 

Automationist of the Year
The evening concluded with the prestigious Automationist of the Year Award, presented to Clive Barnard of TJX. Clive’s passion for automation, coupled with his innovative approach to integrating Power Automate with RPA, has unlocked new efficiencies and inspired his team to push boundaries in the automation landscape.
