Opening Up Orchestration
Camunda is by no means the only route to agentic AI orchestration and a subset of tech vendors (both large and small) work to produce technologies that execute at this level.
On perhaps the smaller end of the scale, C TWO offers what it calls universal orchestration services spanning AI agents with a heavy emphasis on process intelligence and an eye on governance & compliance. With specific experience in financial services, healthcare, retail and telecommunications, C TWO appears to be most successful in verticals that a) have enough quantifiable and repeatable processes for agentic AI to have a positive effect and b) where meeting service level agreement objective is of paramount importance i.e. automations are all well and good, but they need work in a way that delivers to the bottom line.
Moreover, C TWO says its mantra rests on an ability to provide AI automation without manual intervention. The company’s platform continuously adjusts and optimizes automation execution in real-time and features event-driven orchestration i.e. when computing “events” (a change in any software system’s state as a result of an input, a computation, an external API connection and so on) skew the way an automation needs to execute to deliver on an SLA, that skew is made possible.
