The nominees are…

Christian Jørgensen – Yara
As one of C TWO’s earliest adopters and believers in the power of intelligent orchestration and automated management Christian has been highly dedicated to finding new ways to leverage C TWO’s capabilities to deliver tangible business results. He and his team have most recently been working on solutions that integrate Power Platforms with RPA to achieve streamlined, event-triggered automation. Christian’s deep expertise and commitment to maximizing efficiency have led to impactful improvements across the organization and solidified him as an Automationist to the core.

 

Clive Barnard – TJX
Clive has been a driving force for digital transformation at TJX for over 5 years. He’s had great success engaging business owners across the organization to deliver significant value across multiple brands. His natural bias toward innovation and action have cemented his status as a genuine Automationist — and enabled his team to push boundaries and explore new solutions — most recently they’ve made impressive progress integrating Microsoft Power Automate with existing RPA capabilities to ensure unparalleled responsiveness and efficiency.

 

Peter Goodrich – Lloyds Banking Group
Peter leads one of the largest Intelligent Automation programs globally. He and his team have successfully designed and delivered a federated COE to ensure the perfect blend of governance and autonomy for different hubs. Peter has also managed to achieve end-to-end process automation throughout the bank through the inclusion of multiple IA capabilities. As a true Automationist — he is committed to operational excellence and always has an eye on the future to ensure their automation program is at the forefront of innovation and continues to deliver value for the bank and its customers.

 

Steffen Graf – Commerzbank
Steffen is proud to cultivate an automation-first culture. He encourages and empowers his team to continuously seek ways to optimize resource allocation and to adopt advanced automation tools and technologies to allow them to focus on higher-impact work that drives innovation and aligns with the bank’s strategic goals. He approach to well-orchestrated and efficiently managed automation align perfectly with what it means to be an Automationist.

 

Suzi Dack – Banner Health
When faced with operational challenges—ranging from automation failures to business complaints—Suzi doubled down on automation and added C TWO to her RPA estate. She quickly embraced the idea that intelligent orchestration could drive efficiency and improve resilience without adding cost or complexity. Thanks to her leadership, her team improved utilization rates, consistently met deadlines, and developed essential dashboards to communicate program success across the organization. But Suzi’s impact extends well beyond her own team. As the Head of the U.S. Healthcare Intelligent Automation Consortium, she has committed herself to sharing insights and best practices to help other teams succeed with automation. Suzi exemplifies what it means to be an Automationist—an innovator, leader, and advocate for collective progress.
