Kim Meredith is not only a visionary leader in the intelligent automation space, but she is also the kind of leader that motivates everyone around her to achieve their very best. She is dedicated to delivering results business units across Sysco can depend upon, and ensures her team is empowered to do just that. She began her journey with C TWO when faced with immediate, and rapid expansion demands due to Covid 19. Kim was fast to act and skillfully scaled her automation program in a challenging circumstance. This efficient and effective deployment earned internal and external accolades and put her team in a strong position to take on additional responsibility and to propel automation forwards within the organization. She inspires with her expertise, her willingness to learn and her positive attitude.
Melanie Laschet – A1 Telekom
Melanie has been a driving force behind A1 Telekom’s RPA initiative, playing a pivotal role in the company’s automation success. Her leadership, dedication, and passion for automation have inspired her team and propelled their program forward. Melanie’s significant contributions make her a deserving nominee for this award, as she continues to lead with innovation and empower others within the automation space.
Nikki North – NewDay
Nikki is a strong leader in the ever-evolving world of automation, demonstrating remarkable commitment to mentoring and advocacy. Through a six-month mentorship program, she helped a young woman aspiring to join the tech industry by building her resume, prepping her for interviews, and making key introductions. Additionally, Nikki’s participation in STEMEX at NewDay, where she will engage high school girls interested in tech, further showcases her dedication to fostering inclusion and empowering the next generation of women in technology.
Suzi Dack – Banner Health
Suzi is a true Champion of Change. She leads by example, actively advancing and accelerating the role of automation not only at Banner Health but across the entire U.S. healthcare industry as the head of the Healthcare Intelligent Automation Consortium. Under her leadership, this growing network of organizations collaborates to share insights and best practices across diverse automation technologies. This year, she hosted a landmark two-day, in-person conference attended by over 100 industry professionals from across the country, focused on enhancing efficiency and impact in healthcare. Through her advocacy, commitment to knowledge sharing, and dedication to meaningful change, Suzi sets the standard for what it means to be a trailblazer in her field.
